 Saturday, August 15th, we are bringing the heat to Mountlake Terrace for GET SAUCED: a hot sauce and more festival — a FREE one-day community event!

We are thrilled to host this event at the Center Lot. Come out and spend the day sampling bold flavors, shopping local, enjoying live music, and connecting with your community — all in one place!

What could be better than celebrating all that makes MLT special?

It was the perfect day for neighbors, friends, local businesses, and community groups to come together for pre- and post-parade food and family fun. Thanks to the Chamber for an amazing event, and congratulations to Espresso Break's very own Maria Ellis on being named the 2026 Parade Grand Marshal!

We love hosting Mountlake Terrace's annual Trunk or Treat event at our Center Lot right on 56th Ave W and 232nd St SW. 

Espresso Break's Maria Ellis keeps this long standing tradition running to provide free family fun and a safe environment for treats!

We were so excited to sponsor the once-in-a-generation opening festival for the MLT light rail station in August 2024! It was a joy to celebrate alongside our WPM businesses, Double DD Meats and Diamond Knot. A huge thank you to everyone in the community who came out and made it such a memorable day!
